About the Role We’re on the lookout for a talented Residential Building Pre Start Consultant-Luxury Custom Built Homes who loves colour, creativity, and above all — client connection. You will guide our clients through the admin journey, making the building experience not only seamless, but stylish and luxury. Key Responsibilities: Support clients through the entire preconstruction admin process Lead engaging Prestart / colour consultations Liaise with clients, site supervisors, and internal teams Ensure timelines are met and expectations exceeded About You You’ve done this before — at least 2-3 years in prestart or client contracts admin ideally 1-2 storey bespoke homes. You’ve got a passion for design, a knack for organisation, and a love for people and client engagement. You want to work somewhere you’re seen, heard, and supported. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: 2-3 years’ experience in client contracts admin or prestart consultation single/double storey homes Sound understanding of construction/preconstruction processes Ability to read and interpret building plans Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Top-notch attention to detail and time management A proactive, team-first approach A flair for multitasking in a fast-paced environment What we Offer This is a permanent, full-time role with an immediate start for the right candidate.
