Contract Position Belmont Location Mobilisation – Blue Collar The Role: Mobilisation Administrator Our Client is a leading privately owned Civil and Construction company. They are now seeking a temporary mobilisation administrator to join their team immediately on a 2-month short term contract basis. Requirements: Experience in workforce mobilisation, particularly in remote or mining environments. Previous experience working with bulk blue collar personnel. Ability to coordinate mobilisation - pre employment medicals, training, inductions, licences and qualifications. Strong organisational skills and an ability to coordinate large teams. Knowledge of compliance regulations and safety protocols. What we offer: 2 month casual contract position. Monday to Friday – Belmont Based. Free onsite parking. A supportive team culture.
