The OpportunityWe’re growing our Global Services team and looking for a Services Consultant to join our Sydney office. In this role, you'll take the lead on onboarding and implementation projects across Kaseya’s IT Complete Suite—including PSA, RMM, IT Glue, and security tools.You’ll partner with MSPs and internal IT customers to deliver exceptional implementation experiences, providing guidance, technical expertise, and best-practice consulting across our solutions stack. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of Kaseya solutions for new SMB and mid-market customersAct as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding and deliveryConduct discovery sessions and assess customer needs, mapping them to best-practice configurations and setupProvide expert guidance on PSA, RMM, documentation, and security tools to ensure efficient, secure environmentsDefine product specs, oversee installations, and ensure adoption successTrack progress and respond to issues during implementationsWork cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Partner Success teams to deliver a world-class customer experienceScope professional services engagements in collaboration with SalesSupport other consulting initiatives and projects as required What You’ll Bring2–3 years’ experience in IT implementations, consulting, or technical project deliveryWorking knowledge of PSA systems (ticketing, documentation, workflows)Familiarity with CRM, ERP, RMM, and SaaS ecosystemsSolid understanding of how SaaS products integrate across systemsHigh-level knowledge of networking (routing, switching, firewalls) and Windows Server environments (patching, management)Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware, Hypervisor) Non-Technical SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbalProficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and project planning toolsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approachComfortable managing competing demands and shifting prioritiesCollaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, customer-centric environmentExperience with Salesforce and Power BI strongly preferredAbility to simplify and communicate technical material to a variety of audiences QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, relevant TAFE certification, or equivalent experience
