The Contract Management Officer operates under broad direction to deliver complex contract management work within an integrated workforce. Working independently and within a team, the officer is accountable for achieving work outcomes and providing technical, professional and policy advice. Responsibilities include contributing to strategic planning, procurement and project and financial management. Duties include: Drafting contract documents, ensuring compliance, training staff, managing performance and risk, and driving continuous improvement. The officer will identify and respond to stakeholder needs, analyse complex contract queries, escalate issues when required, and support best practice across the division.
