We’re looking for a motivated and commercially astute Business Performance Lead to join a high-performing team and help shape the way performance and analytics drive operational excellence. This is a key role, responsible for leading one analyst and delivering business insights, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact outcomes across the motor claims lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a reporting and analytics function focused on delivering actionable insights and performance improvements; Build and drive a data-led operating rhythm (daily/weekly/monthly) that supports key decision-making; Identify, design, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, efficiency and controls; Work cross-functionally with senior business leaders to translate data into commercial insights; Collaborate with Finance on forecasting and business planning activities; Deliver ad-hoc reporting and performance modelling as required; Provide strong leadership and development to a Business Performance Analyst; and Connect operational performance to financial outcomes and customer experience. About you 5 years in a business performance or analytics role, with proven experience translating strategy and data into actionable results; A strong commercial mindset with the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders; Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, complex formulas, macros etc.); Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities – able to turn data into meaningful recommendations; and Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving outcomes in a collaborative environment.
