Reporting to the Business Performance Lead, you’ll be instrumental in providing operational insights, identifying trends, and advising leaders on key business decisions. What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering timely operational reports and dashboards that highlight productivity, cost, quality and claims performance; Analysing trends and proactively recommending solutions to address emerging issues; Supporting leadership with strategic initiatives and KPI tracking; Developing models and reports using tools like Power BI , SAS , and SQL; Translating complex data into clear business insights; and Helping build a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation. What You’ll Bring: 3 years in business performance analysis or related analytical roles; Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI , SQL , or SAS; Proven ability to turn data into strategic insights and business recommendations; Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy; Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills; and Experience in or exposure to insurance or claims operations (highly regarded). Nice to Have: Qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Statistics or Information Management; and Familiarity with financial reporting and performance measurement frameworks.
