We’re on the lookout for a highly capable and confident Office / Practice Manager to join our leadership team and keep the engine of our firm running smoothly. Your Role at RS Chase Lawyers This isn’t just an admin job. You’ll be a central figure in our team, overseeing operations, supporting our directors, leading HR initiatives, and helping shape the internal culture of the firm. You’ll be responsible for: Running the day-to-day operations across the firm Leading all HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, creating, managing and monitoring staff KPIs, and performance management Overseeing employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention Managing billing, reporting, supplier relationships, and compliance obligations Partnering with leadership on firm-wide projects, systems upgrades, process improvements and cultural initiatives Coordinating onboarding, general administration, and improving internal workflows Scheduling weekly staff training and office meetings Supporting directors with diary management and team communication Assisting with reports, projects, and the development of our internal e-learning platform Maintaining the office, office supplies and managing external vendors Upholding compliance standards, document control, and firm policies What We’re Looking For Experience in a practice or office management role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment Strong HR understanding with a knack for people and culture An organised, process-driven mindset with an eye for operational improvement Excellent communication and leadership skills Tech-savvy with strong administrative capabilities Confident, calm under pressure, and always thinking three steps ahead Why Join Us: Professional Growth: Opportunity to develop your skills in a professional and supportive environment.
