Your next opportunity awaits at NTRO Due to a successful internal appointment, our Sydney office is seeking a motivated and organised individual, who enjoys a fast-paced and diverse role to support our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be offering strong office support to our team, must be approachable, presentable and able to quickly provide solutions for every day office support tasks. You will be well versed in Microsoft Office Suite, have strong administrative skills including front of house/ reception experience and enjoy undertaking variety of tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly. This role is a 3 day per week part time role (working days can fit around your schedule), however we do require flexibility on these workdays to accommodate support for specific office events. Our office is in Chippendale and only a short walk to the train station making your commute into the office easy. Main duties of the role Coordinate external visitors and events, including NTRO training/workshops, visitor carparking bookings, meeting room bookings and setup, IT setup, printing, catering, etc. Coordinate internal events - NTRO Board meetings, monthly Townhalls, CEO fireside chats, Client meetings & stakeholder forums etc. General office communications Coordinate IT requests i.e. ordering and installation of new/replacement equipment, IT maintenance, troubleshooting and basic support Assist with new starter onboarding (inductions, desk setup, IT equipment etc.) Liaise with building/facilities management, including external contractors/suppliers general office maintenance, inspections, health and safety, cleaners, etc. Coordinate ordering and delivery of general office supplies (stationary, kitchen supplies etc. Coordinate general office health and safety activities (fire warden and safety reps and drills, test and tag of equipment, etc.) Any other ad-hoc support (including projects) to staff and management that comes up from time to time Interest in supporting our staff with their project administrative duties is highly desirable About you Previous experience in a similar role Great IT skills and someone who is confident using the latest technologies (MS 365) Fundamental project management skills appropriate for consulting and service-based projects would be highly desired Excellent communication capabilities, with the ability to build rapport at all levels Excellent interpersonal communication skills Immaculate presentation with a positive can-do attitude Demonstrable reliability and time management skills A bright, adaptable, and energetic personality Experience in SalesForce will be advantageous We offer the following and more to ensure we look after the ones who matter most, Our People: Opportunities to work with globally recognised experts, who offer one-on-one mentorship and support throughout your career.
