About Terra Verde: Terra Verde is a joint venture between Webuild, GS Engineering & Construction (E&C) Australia, and Bouygues Construction Australia. The joint venture combines experienced local personnel with global resources and expertise. Terra Verde is delivering nearly 10 kilometres of parallel tunnels between Glen Waverley and Box Hill, including 39 cross passages and two station boxes at Glen Waverley and Burwood in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, as part of the Suburban Rail Loop Project. This is the largest infrastructure project in Victoria’s history, shaping Melbourne and Victoria for future generations. About the Role: This is a key role focused on driving efficiency, standardisation, and quality control throughout all phases of design and construction. You’ll work closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality documentation and digital workflows that support project success. Key Responsibilities: Deliver accurate 2D/3D construction drawings using AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, and Civil 3D Translate engineering concepts into construction-ready documentation Support shop drawings, as-builts, and respond to field team queries Manage CAD libraries, templates, and enforce drawing standards Maintain CAD and As-Built Management Plans and optimize ACC (Autodesk Docs) workflows Ensure compliance with DTP and PTV drafting/data standards Develop automation tools and workflows to improve CAD efficiency Coordinate CAD-related issues and maintain drawing/data scripts What We’re Looking For: Proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for digital engineering Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic construction environments Strong collaborator with the ability to lead drafting teams and external contractors Brings innovative solutions to complex engineering and documentation challenges Qualifications and Experience: Demonstrated experience in the construction/infrastructure industry Proven expertise in CAD and digital engineering technologies across the project lifecycle Hands-on experience with drafting and DTP DMS submission Experience leading drafting teams and external contractors is highly desirable Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Demonstrated leadership in resource management, team engagement, and change readiness Ability to navigate project dynamics and influence outcomes positively Commitment to compliance, continuous improvement, and strategic planning Why Join Us?
