What You’ll Be Doing You won’t be up a ladder — but you will be: Coordinating and scheduling install jobs (and making sure nothing falls through the cracks!) Keeping Google Calendars updated with artwork, notes, and install details Liaising with clients about site access, scheduling, and progress updates Uploading SWMS, managing site inductions, and handling safety documentation through portals like HammerTech and 1Breadcrumb Booking access equipment and ensuring everything is ready to roll Wrapping up each job with photos, paperwork, and a virtual high-five What You’ll Bring Experience in admin/project coordination (bonus points if it’s in signage, construction, or similar!)
