The Team Their Sydney Property Team is seeking a lawyer (2-4yrs) to advise major developers, private clients, and government bodies on large-scale developments, complex titling structures, and commercial and residential transactions. The Role This is a unique opportunity for a talented property lawyer to join a supportive team working on end-to-end development matters. As a member of the team, you will:Advise developers on all aspects of the development lifecycleRun complicated transactions using options, development agreements and joint venture agreementsPrepare master contracts for the sale and purchase of land off the planDraft bespoke titling and governance documentationProvide advice to owners' corporations and community associationsAssist the Sales team and give complicated FIRB advice. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will have:2–4 years of experience in commercial and/or residential property lawKnowledge of the law relating to NSW conveyancing and transactional work. Proficiency in PEXAFamiliarity with agreement structuresExcellent drafting and time management skillsA proactive and collaborative approach with a commitment to excellenceA working knowledge of different title structures, including strata schemes, stratum scheme and community title arrangement.
