The Role Partnering with senior leaders and ops teams to roll out strategic HR initiatives; Owning onboarding and offboarding with care and consistency; Coaching managers to lift capability and drive performance; Handling employee relations matters; Leading bi-annual performance review cycles and guiding managers through them; Running salary reviews and benchmarking with a sharp eye on market trends; Delivering quarterly engagement surveys and turning insights into action; Facilitating WHS training and keeping safety front of mind; Liaising with external recruiters as needed; and Building and executing strategies to keep engagement high and turnover low.
