Join Nine as our Head of Workplace Relations and lead a vital team delivering seamless, impactful P&C support to our leaders. You'll oversee manager advisory and safety, employee relations, and the application of industrial relations, ensuring our services are user-friendly, effective, and person-centred. This role is key to optimising people solutions and fostering a compliant, positive workplace.Day to day you will:Lead and mentor the Manager Advisory team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring consistent HR support.Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on diverse employee matters, acting as a trusted point of contact for complex situations.Oversee employee and industrial relations, ensuring compliance, managing complex cases, and leading enterprise agreement negotiations.Ensure consistent application of policies and legal compliance, developing accessible resources for leaders.Guide leaders in effective performance management, promoting continuous feedback and development.Utilise data and insights to identify trends, inform P&C strategy, and drive continuous improvement in services and policies.Advocate for cultural transformation and collaborate across P&C functions to deliver seamless service, leveraging HR technology for an enhanced manager experience.QualificationsYou'll be a highly skilled and supportive HR professional with a talent for guiding leaders and fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
