Join Nine as our Director, People Strategy & Delivery, where you'll be a pivotal enterprise leader. You'll partner with the Chief People Officer and Executive Team to architect and implement our overarching people strategy, directly enabling Nine's 2028 transformation agenda. In this role, you'll translate business needs into high-impact, commercially focused people solutions that uplift leadership capability and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture within a dynamic media landscape.Day to day you will:Partner with the Executive Team, providing expert HR counsel and influencing decisions on talent, leadership, and culture.Drive culture transformation initiatives, building an inclusive, high-performance environment.Uplift leadership capability by diagnosing gaps and championing targeted development strategies.Oversee the design and embedding of strategic, enterprise-wide and business unit people programs.Enable organisational change, providing expertise on organisational design, workforce planning, and large-scale change.Integrate P&C delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration across P&C teams and a unified approach.Lead and develop the People Strategy & Delivery team for high performance and strategic thinking.QualificationsYou will be a visionary People leader and strategic architect with deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide people strategies that drive significant business outcomes and cultural transformation, acting as a trusted advisor to executive teams.What you’ll bring: Proven success in designing and implementing impactful people strategies.Deep expertise in organisational effectiveness, leadership, and change management.A track record of building influential relationships with executive teams and boards.Exceptional leadership in building and inspiring high-performing HR teams.Strong business acumen, translating strategy into effective people initiatives.Expertise in navigating complex employee and industrial relations.Resilience, integrity, and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to problem-solvingAdditional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
