Position Overview: We are seeking skilled Engineering General Hand/Labourers/Machine Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will work collaboratively in the engineering workshop to manufacture products to the highest technical standards. A desire to work with your hands coupled with hand tool, power tool, and engineering machinery operational experience, and good mechanical aptitude are the keys to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members in the workshop to efficiently manufacture products. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery, and have a willingness to learn and carry out new skills. Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and hit production targets. Work effectively within various teams, following established procedures. Conduct quality assurance checks and identify unacceptable products. Adhere to technical standards for compliance and safety requirements. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Cleaning and other general hand activities will be expected. A forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory. Qualifications: Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and industrial machines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong verbal communication skills.
