The key duties of the position include The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing Program Manager, Digital Workspace (APS6) in the Projects & Innovation section of the Digital branch. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual with a blend of technical, functional and soft skills to provide expertise and support on the design, development, and maintenance of the Library's Digital Workspace. Under broad direction from Director, Projects & Innovation, you will design, develop and maintain the Digital Workspace (Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and intranet), ensuring it remains up-to-date and integrated with Microsoft 365. You will refine information architectures and system-embedded governance ensuring policy compliance, provide essential support and training to Library staff, conduct quality assurance activities, and continuously enhance the employee and user experience, making interactions with the Library Digital Workspace user-friendly for all staff. You will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This will include interacting and coordinating activities with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation to understand business Digital Workspace needs, best practice and continuous improvement opportunities. You will also foster a collegiate approach to technical delivery with Technology Operations and other Digital Branch teams providing services to the section, as well as manage outsourced suppliers.
