Your primary focus will be on understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and presenting our properties in a compelling and persuasive manner. This role demands a keen understanding of the market, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals and families find their dream homes. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective homebuyers by actively listening to their needs, preferences, and financial considerations. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process. Property Presentations: Conduct thorough presentations of our residential properties to potential buyers. Highlight the unique features, benefits, and value propositions of each property to effectively match buyers with their ideal homes. Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing. Utilise a consultative sales approach to address concerns, answer questions, and overcome objections while maintaining integrity and professionalism. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the residential home building sector. Leverage this knowledge to inform sales strategies and stay ahead in the market. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and sales events to generate leads and enhance brand awareness. Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to the sales process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Requirements To Apply A minimum of 2 years experience working in a sales role with the residential sector Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Familiarity with local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities while staying organised and attentive to detail. A self-starter who can work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
