About the role We have an opening for a Rural Officer in for the Forbes branch. In this role you will help to manage the rural clients, both independently and in support of Rural Managers. There is sufficient scope in this role to challenge an experienced banker as well as developing an emerging banker – as such graduates or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply. This is a broad role and some of the responsibilities include: Complete annual credit reviews Undertake financial analysis Work closely with and s upport the Rural Manager(s) in responding to clients Foster an environment of continuous improvement Skills and experience: Knowledge of the rural industry will be advantageous Understands banking/lending policies and procedures Maintains a strong relationship with key clients Can manage competing priorities What we're proud to offer you: Wellbeing leave .
