The Organisation: We are representing a community sector organisation that provides a broad range of services and support for adults with a disability, and their families, in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. We're seeking a Manager, Community Programs to oversee and grow a range of services that support participants to live independently, engage in community life, and achieve their goals. The Role: Leading a large team of support workers, through multiple direct reports, you have oversight of all community support programs provided by the organisation. Key responsibilities include: P&L and budgetary responsibility Transformative change leadership Leading, managing, and mentoring team members Strategic support combined with operational execution Business development Oversight of various social enterprises NDIS navigation The Person: You are a dynamic leader with a strong grasp of the NDIS, proven financial acumen, and a passion for driving impactful services in the disability sector.
