We are now looking for two (2) new Behaviour Support Practitioners living in (or close to) Mildura to join our professional and friendly team. We will consider people who already have an understanding of positive behaviour support under the NDIS, or have limited experience working as a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner and a sound knowledge of The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework for reducing the use of restrictive practices, along with a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based, functional behavioural outcomes. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner you will Support our clients (NDIS participants), along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning Identify meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Famework, with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and community Develop, deliver and evaluate evidence-based support plans within a complex support space Ensure individual plans reflect our clients' goals, passions and strengths Build the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support our clients - family, carers, friends, etc Why Join Us?
