About this role We are seeking a self-driven and career-motivated professional to lead and grow our Family Office division, with a strong focus on superannuation strategy and advisory . This is a unique opportunity to shape a high-impact offering from the ground up, working alongside a national team committed to excellence and innovation. You will be instrumental in driving efficiencies across compliance workflows to unlock capacity for strategic client engagement. Key responsibilities Lead the development and growth of our Family Office advisory services. Provide strategic superannuation advice tailored to family wealth structures. Drive compliance efficiencies to enable deeper advisory conversations. Present confidently and credibly to clients, translating complexity into clarity. Collaborate nationally to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences. Champion a client-first mindset—anticipating needs before questions are asked.
