The organisation is now entering a significant growth phase and seeking a senior commercial leader to help shape the next chapter of its success. The Opportunity As Commercial Manager, you’ll work closely with the Founder to manage client relationships, support commercial strategy, and contribute to revenue growth across two aligned brands. This is a hands-on, high-impact role offering national scope and real influence across client, sales, and advisory functions. You’ll collaborate across complex engagements, supporting C-suite clients through property search, leasing strategy, and project scoping—while also playing a key role in internal budgeting, planning, and operational delivery. Key Responsibilities Support national commercial strategy and sales activity across both brands Identify and pursue new client opportunities across commercial, education, health, and government portfolios Build and manage executive-level relationships, contributing to high-value engagements Coordinate the development of proposals, pricing strategies, and contracts Assist with property advisory services, including site identification, lease reviews, and term sheet comparisons Liaise with legal, real estate, and delivery partners to ensure strong client outcomes Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes Support the Founder with strategic business planning and operational priorities About You You are a commercially minded operator with: 7–10 years’ experience in client-facing, sales, or commercial support roles within property advisory, workplace, real estate, or infrastructure consulting Strong executive presence with a proven ability to manage complex relationships and contribute to business growth Solid commercial acumen with confidence in pricing, contracts, and planning A proactive, entrepreneurial approach – ready to get involved and deliver value Excellent communication and coordination skills Qualifications in Business, Property, or a related discipline Our Values You’ll need to live and lead by our core values: Curious.
