The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of a program of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders, providing advisory support and ensuring effective governance and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning and development through to execution and completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and community representatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes. Support the definition and implementation of governance frameworks and project controls. Identify opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and value creation within projects. Manage reporting and compliance requirements, including those related to funding or regulatory bodies. About You: Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Property, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or a related field. Minimum of four years’ experience managing projects or programs, ideally within a government or regulated environment. Understanding of stakeholder engagement, governance, and project delivery processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, business cases, or funding applications.
