What’s On Offer ✅ Play a key role in shaping systems and processes at a business poised for national growth ✅ Collaborate directly with decision-makers in a flat, open-plan, team-oriented environment ✅ Leverage modern tools like Hyphen Homefront and CaniBuild to improve accuracy and efficiency ✅ Contribute to building a workplace culture that values ownership, precision, and high performance ✅ Future growth opportunities as the business scales into new markets across NSW, QLD, and VIC About the Company & Role • Our client is a lean, agile residential builder focused on delivering scalable, standardised homes for the investor market • Established by a property and construction leader with over 15 years’ experience, the company achieved 140 sales for FY24-25 and is targeting 500 sales nationally within three years • Operating from a centralised Parramatta office with around 15 staff, the team is collaborative, fast-moving, and commercial in its approach • The company combines land acquisition, sales, operations, construction, and support services under one roof, delivering turnkey solutions with quality and consistency • Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role manages cost estimation, procurement, and supplier/trade onboarding to deliver reliable pricing and robust partnerships Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain accurate master BOQs, façade variations, and upgrade options in Homefront • Prepare production estimates aligned to regional cost variations, ensuring margin targets are met • Establish and negotiate standing price agreements with trade contractors, ensuring reliability and quality standards • Identify and onboard new suppliers and contractors, managing the Hyphen supplier database and ensuring compliance with scope and safety standards • Oversee procurement of materials, fittings, and fixtures to meet timelines and budgets • Maintain and refine the sales estimating price library in CaniBuild • Support internal teams with pricing for non-standard items and assist design/compliance with custom elements • Lead the preparation and finalisation of the ETS (Estimate to Site) report, identifying risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement • Continuously improve procurement and estimating processes to support scalability Who We're Looking For ✔ Strong experience in estimating (ideally 10 years) and procurement within residential construction ✔ Proven ability to build trade and supplier relationships while maintaining cost control and quality standards ✔ Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially sharp ✔ Confident using or learning systems such as Hyphen Homefront and CaniBuild ✔ A team player who communicates clearly and works constructively with internal and external stakeholders ✔ Driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Next Step If you’re ready to step into a role where your expertise directly shapes the future of an ambitious residential builder, apply now.
