Be instrumental in supporting the deliverance of premium government projects that support the local community across NSW You will be mentored and given responsibility to ensure projects are finalised on schedule, within budget, and to the utmost standards of excellence. Aid the planning & coordination of Civil Government projects. Manage and govern agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance to industry standards Communicate, coordinate with subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution Maintain project documentation, contracts, budgets, monitoring project progress and report on any issues or delays. Support the senior management team in project delivery and get involved in the decision-making developments. Ensure a safety-first mantra is monitored and delivered onsite daily Get involved in estimating if you want to add skills to your resume THE ESSENTIALS Trade qualified with three years' experience in the building / construction arena Studying or Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field with two years' experience in construction arena Skilled in project management software systems and other relevant construction management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sudden challenges.
