Locations: Stanmore, Marrickville, Burwood or Kogarah Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 About the Role We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Room Leaders to join our warm and dedicated team in a highly respected Early Childhood Services located in Sydney’s Inner West. This role is perfect for an experienced educator who thrives in a nurturing environment and is committed to providing high-quality care and educational experiences for the Nursery, Toddler or Preschool rooms . As Room Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a small team of educators, planning and delivering an engaging program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) , and fostering strong, respectful relationships with families and children.
