About the Teacher Roles: You'll be joining a committed & supportive team who believe in second chances, high expectations, and strong relationships. This roles are ideal for teachers who value connection over correction and have a creative, trauma-informed approach to learning. Teacher will be responsible for: Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to KS2, KS3 & KS4 students in small-group settings Building positive relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and consistency Creating a safe and structured classroom climate with clear boundaries and encouragement Working closely with pastoral teams and inclusion staff to meet individual needs We’re looking for Teachers who: Has QTS/QTLS or equivalent experience delivering lessons in a school or alternative provision Can demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and compassion in their teaching practice Is confident supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural needs Understands the power of restorative practice, de-escalation, and kindness Is proactive, reflective and committed to ongoing professional development In return, you’ll receive: A full-time, long-term role with consistent hours (Monday–Friday) On-site support from experienced senior leaders and inclusion staff Ongoing CPD and training through Anzuk & the school throughout the academic year A chance to make a genuine impact on the trajectory of young learners A dedicated consultant who understands the specialist education sector If you're ready to bring passion, patience and purpose to a teaching role that truly matters, we want to hear from you.
