Description • 10 years of Peoplesoft HCM Global Payroll experience • Understand the complete HR process • Must have Good understanding and experience of Australia Global Payroll module • Nice to have understanding of HCM modules like HR,(ESS, MSS) Talent Acquisition Management, Candidate Gateway, Absence Management, Time & Labor, eCompensation, Assist in Requirement gathering, preparing understanding documents, assist in efforts estimation and writing functional design • Functional Design, Configuration and Testing in PeopleSoft HCM. • Create and modify functional specification documents, mapping of requirements to Peoplesoft system. • Prepare documentation of configuration details
