You’ll be managing multiple streams across systems including SuccessFactors, Chris21, Kronos , and other integrated platforms. What You’ll Bring: 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Payroll and HRIS programs, with proven success in similar delivery-focused projects. Deep understanding of payroll operations and how they integrate with HR platforms like SAP SuccessFactors . Experience overseeing transitions or integrations involving Chris21 , Kronos , and related payroll platforms. A strong grasp of project delivery methodologies , timelines, and risk management strategies. Key Strengths: Outstanding stakeholder engagement across business, technical, and vendor teams. Confident and clear communication skills , with the ability to translate technical details into business terms. Proven ability to drive outcomes , keep programs on track, and manage competing priorities under pressure.
