ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project.
The new transmission network infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity from 2028 to connect 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, which is enough to power more than 2 million homes each year.

Our Central-West Orana REZ Transmission Project is currently seeking Skilled Labourersto share their expertise.
Successful candidates must be local to the Central-West Orana region and be willing to drive to Merotherie each day and work overtime including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- General labouring activities and assisting trades
- Manual handling and movement of materials
- Setting up exclusion zones and installing fencing
- Digging trenches and clearing
- Spotting of equipment and operators
- Communicating effectively and following instructions
- Following safety standards at all times
Required Skills and Competencies
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience working on large scale construction/renewable projects
- Construction white card
- Any additional tickets (operating, dogging, traffic control) desirable
- Full C class driver’s license at minimum
- Own vehicle
- Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and police check
- Exceptional communication skills and safety standards
