Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Finance Consultant Lead to join our finance transformation team. This role is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP S/4 Hana Finance processes within our ERP system. You will collaborate closely with finance and IT stakeholders to ensure the new system supports accurate financial reporting and complies with accounting standards and internal controls. The Work: Lead the design and implementation of General Ledger (GL) and Period-End Close (PEC) processes in the ERP system (SAP S/4HANA). Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for GL and PEC activities, including chart of accounts design, journal entries, accruals, allocations, and closing schedules. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations. Support testing activities (SIT, UAT) including creation of test scripts and coordination of defect resolution. Collaborate with accounting, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment with business processes and compliance standards. Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements for process optimization. Support data migration, including validation and reconciliation of GL balances. Assist in change management and training efforts related to GL and period close processes. Provide post-go-live support to ensure stability and user adoption. Soft Skills (Mandatory): Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Qualifications Here’s What You Need: SAP S/4HANA implementation experience Prior experience supporting a large consulting company Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
