Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll oversee key aspects of project coordination—managing timelines, documentation, communications, and stakeholder relationships. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, purpose-driven environment and is skilled at balancing administrative precision with sector engagement to ensure program success. This role will see you: Coordinate the delivery of a nationally recognised teaching awards program, ensuring smooth project execution from planning through to evaluation. Provide high-level administrative and stakeholder support to drive strategic outcomes across the higher education sector. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative and project support in a busy, stakeholder focused environment. Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. Written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing a range of documentation and professional correspondence for diverse stakeholders. Experience in working with various systems and tools, with a preference for platforms such as SurveyMonkey Apply, Mailchimp and Microsoft Forms. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused mindset. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Relevant qualification and/or experience in project administration and related disciplines.
