As the Centre Manager, you will: Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver exceptional early learning programs. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff. Build strong relationships with families and the local community. Manage budgets, occupancy rates, and enrolments to drive the centre’s success. What We’re Looking For Early childhood teacher / Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Proven Centre Manager experience in a childcare or early learning setting. Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with families, staff, and the community Full Australian working rights.
