Roles You’ll Be Recruiting: Labourers Carpenters Dogmen & Hoist Operators Crane Drivers Traffic Controllers Forklift Operators General Building Trades What You'll Be Doing: Managing a busy temp desk in the trades and construction space Sourcing, interviewing and mobilising skilled candidates to site Building strong client relationships and understanding their workforce needs Coordinating daily rostering, site compliance, and job fills Delivering high-volume, fast-turnaround labour hire solutions Working with a supportive team that knows construction inside and out What We’re Looking For: Proven recruitment or labour hire experience (ideally in trades or construction) Confidence to run a high-volume, high-pressure desk Strong account management and business development skills Excellent communication, organisational and time management abilities A proactive, relationship-first mindset and genuine passion for what you do Why Your Trades?
