The Role This role acts as the entry point for all new consumer-facing technology initiatives—ensuring concepts are captured, structured, and positioned for successful execution. Sitting between business stakeholders and delivery functions, you will oversee work intake, prioritisation, and solution framing for Retail, Marketing, and Digital teams. You will manage the Front Door process, facilitate initiative review forums, and provide visibility across portfolios. By embedding structured engagement and governance, you’ll accelerate time-to-value and ensure initiatives are both viable and aligned with strategic objectives.
