Our client is seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to support enterprise-class End User Computing solutions across their organisation. This role is pivotal in delivering a consistent, secure, and seamless user experience, managing environments that scale to 1,000 endpoints, and driving continuous improvement of their EUC landscape. Key Responsibilities Design, build, implement, and operate enterprise-class EUC environments and solutions. Develop and maintain the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) to ensure all devices are consistently configured and secure. Recommend enhancements and improvements to the EUC environment to improve user experience and operational efficiency. Collaborate with the IT Service Desk Manager, Regional SD Leads, and other IT teams to identify and resolve EUC-related issues. Provide exceptional customer service following ITIL Service Management methodologies. Experience Required Experience in EUC engineering roles Experience managing complex EUC environments for medium to large-sized businesses (1,000 employees). Expertise in Windows Desktop SOE management (OS, Office, 3rd party apps, patching, configuration). Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365. Proficiency with PowerShell and PSADT scripting. Experience with Application Control software (e.g., Carbon Black). Strong knowledge and practical experience with SCCM (in medium to large environments). Expertise in Intune (implementation and management). Strong knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Entra ID (Azure AD). Strong skills with Group Policy Management. Qualifications Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MCSE) ITIL v4 Certification Relevant tertiary education
