The Role This is new opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our growing Telecommunications team, based out of our Campbelltown office supporting the recently awarded nbn N2P contract. Take this role and run with it! With your solutions focused and can-do attitude you will play a critical role in providing core administration functions to the project team . You will enjoy a varied role including; Material Orders/POs, commercial notices and other communications as required. Assist with supplier onboarding and assessment. Facilitate travel and meeting bookings Consolidate and prepare monthly reports Manage expense claims and reconciliations Order and track delivery of PPE for the team. About You Proven experience in a similar administrative role. You are a pro with the MS Office suite of apps and have used SAP You are a self-starer capable of thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment You proactively seek to continuously improve deliverables and work efficiencies You’re a team player who likes to have a laugh!
