This is a busy, varied and hands-on role supporting a Managing Director and the broader team. You’ll be across everything—from diaries and travel to office supplies and team support. You’ll work closely with an amazing EA/Office Manager and be that go-to person who keeps things humming behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing Juggling calendars and booking meetings like a scheduling ninja Organising travel (yes, even the tricky last-minute stuff) Reconciling expenses and helping keep things running smoothly Pitching in on office tasks, meeting room setups and supply runs Supporting the EA/Office Manager with all sorts of admin Being a friendly face and helpful hand to the wider team What We’re Looking For Previous Team Assistant or Personal Assistant experience, ideally in finance or a professional services environment Super organised with a sharp eye for detail and a calm head under pressure Great with tech.
