Job Description The responsibilities of this role will be: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for technology projects. Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines. Oversee defect tracking, resolution processes, and the preparation of test reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities. Provide guidance and leadership to testing teams to achieve set objectives. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing processes. Monitor and evaluate testing tools, methodologies, and performance metrics. Identify risks related to testing and propose mitigation strategies. The Successful Applicant A Successful Test Manager Should Have Experience as a Test Manager or Program Test Manager being hands on with building a test function from scratch Experience across ERP transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamic) Strong experience in developing and executing test strategies and plans. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience with defect tracking tools and testing methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to identify and mitigate testing risks effectively. Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance (preferred). A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
