Mechanical Fitters – Piping & Tanking Systems Installation Location: South-Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (with potential for ongoing work) About the Role: TRS Resourcing is actively seeking trade-qualified mechanical fitters to support our client in delivering high-quality piping and mechanical and structural installations. The role involves on-site installation of piping and tanking systems, contributing to projects with a strong pipeline of repeat business. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate and install equipment, mounting posts, pipe support structures, and assemblies for drill rigs and auxiliary equipment Install or replace gearboxes, shafts, and sprockets Install penstocks, valves, and pumps Replace aeration tank diffusers Interpret and set out site and engineering drawings Work independently and collaboratively within a team Requirements: Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting Valid White Card Right to work in Australia Current residence in Melbourne, Victoria Two professional references from previous employers A background in water and sewer infrastructure is advantageous Why Join Us: This is a fantastic opportunity to work on significant infrastructure projects with a company that values quality and safety.
