We deliver fully integrated real estate, facilities and technology solutions that realise potential for data centre owners, occupiers and investors across the globe. - Work Location: Derrimut (Static site) - Working arrangement: (4 on -4 off days)- 12 hours roaster 6 am -18:00 What You'll Do: Reporting to the CBRE Resource Manager , the Shift Technician where the responsibilities include: - Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance tasks as required within across HV and LV distribution systems, associated plant / equipment and HVAC mechanical cooling / heating systems as determined by the CMMS system's work orders. - Monitor BMS for running and alarm conditions. - Attend to A/C related issues on-site. - Building walk-rounds, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU's and utilities. - Investigate faults, identify causes and effect remedies. - Prepare accurate / timely reports as required. - Ensure corrective / repair works are carried out in accordance with current regulations. - Establish and develop trusting, meaningful relationships with Manager, staff and representatives. What You'll Need: - Applicants must have a current and valid Mechanical (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration/HVAC/ARTIC) license or Electrical license none restricted/Grade A - Minimum Certificate III completed - Relevant and valid OH&S cards - Additional training and experience - Valid Driver's License - Experience of CMMS and BMS systems. - Australian Citizen -NV1 Clearance - White card - optional, nice to have This role is for the future expansion roles to be hire in August 25 onwards.
