About the Role As a Renewals Specialist , you’ll play a vital role in strengthening customer relationships by reconnecting with clients who are considering cancelling their policies. Through empathetic conversations, active listening, and tailored solutions, you’ll help them rediscover the value of staying covered. You’ll also support with quotes and general policy queries—delivering service that feels personal, thoughtful, and reassuring. What You’ll Be Doing Proactively reach out to customers at risk of cancelling to understand their needs and offer policy solutions that suit them Manage inbound queries via phone, email, and live chat with efficiency and care Identify common trends in customer feedback and flag opportunities for improvement Collaborate with the wider customer care team to resolve issues and manage complaints Maintain accurate records in the CRM and contribute to team KPIs What We’re Looking For A customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service Previous experience in retentions, renewals, or a call centre environment Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs Prior experience in Life Insurance is a bonus, but not essential Interested?
