Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees through regular communication and on-site visits; Provide strategic guidance to improve instructional quality and business performance; Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations to support ongoing development; Collaborate with franchisees to create centre development plans and performance goals; Encourage a learning-focused culture among franchisees; Monitor key administrative areas including enrolments, student progress, staff training, and reporting; and Help identify local marketing needs and assist in developing promotional strategies. Who are we looking for? University degree from a recognised institution; Experience in education, business development, or training (highly regarded); Strong communication and relationship management skills; A solid foundation in either Mathematics or English; Organisational and problem-solving ability; A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong customer focus; and Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
