Your Team The Business Marketing team sits within Customer Office and is focused on delivering innovative and creative marketing solutions for the Distribution division. You will contribute to our growth culture by supporting the performance of our CFS Platform FirstChoice including engagement and retention activities. Your Responsibilities Develop tactical marketing strategies to contribute to sales growth, looking at the end-to-end customer journeys to understand opportunities, sales breaks Collaborate with Distribution to understand financial target and develop marketing solutions that drive business outcomes. Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital, content and events- from launch through to Long-term engagement Partner with key teams across CFS to ensure consistent messaging and strong collaboration Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, reporting and post-implementation-review and insight elements Your Capability and Experience Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies Experience working with institutional clients, such as banks, insurers, or asset managers Understanding of financial services products, compliance requirements, and customer pain points Strong grasp of digital channels, including SEO, programmatic advertising, and social media Designed and executed lead generation campaigns through email, events, and paid media Ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling marketing messages What to Expect At CFS, you'll be working among the very best in the wealth management industry.
