About the Role AIBS is seeking a Digital Marketing & Campaign Specialist to support a high-impact period of marketing activity and organisational change. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this newly created part-time role will drive the planning, execution and reporting of multi-channel campaigns that promote membership growth and career awareness. The role involves content creation, social media management, email marketing, and collaboration across internal teams. About the Person You are a proactive and self-directed marketer with a strong grasp of digital marketing. You have a keen eye for content and communication, you're ready to collaborate and drive campaigns from planning through to execution. You’re highly organised, collaborative, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Duties Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns Create and schedule digital content, including email, social media, and landing pages Develop email campaigns and refine communications from other teams Support the rollout of refreshed branding across digital platforms Design simple visual and video assets using Canva Manage paid and organic social media activity Monitor social media engagement and support community management Assist with content updates for a new career toolkit and website redesign Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations Skills/Experience Experience in marketing, campaigns or digital communications Proven success in delivering multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web) Skilled in Meta Business Manager and digital ad setup/optimisation Proficient in Canva and email marketing platforms (preferably iMIS) Strong writing skills and ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking skills Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in solving problems Preferred Experience in the building, construction or public sector industries Experience in brand rollouts or website relaunches Knowledge of campaign reporting and performance optimisation We’d love to hear from creative, campaign-savvy marketers who are looking to make an impact within a not-for-profit organisation — apply now!
