About the position: We’re on the lookout for a Content Specialist to help shape how customers discover and connect with our iconic brands online, including Winning Appliances, Rogerseller, and Spence & Lyda. In this role, you’ll be a key player in the content team, responsible for enriching and managing product and brand content across our digital platforms. If you love translating complex product info into engaging customer experiences, this is the role for you. Create, manage and enrich digital content for a wide range of high-end home and lifestyle products across the Winnings portfolio. You’ll be the go-to for writing, editing and updating product pages, brand storytelling, blog articles, EDMs, and more. Ensure accuracy and consistency across all online touchpoints, working closely with supply partners, internal stakeholders, and product teams to bring new ranges and product launches to life. Translate technical information into engaging copy that aligns with the Winnings tone of voice and makes it easy for customers to understand product benefits and features. Manage website content via CMS/PIM platforms, ensuring the customer journey is seamless and intuitive from start to finish. Respond to content updates from internal teams and supplier partners, proactively keeping all product and brand content fresh, correct, and up to date. Collaborate across the business – from ecommerce and marketing to sales and supplier partners – to ensure a high-performing and aligned content experience. Qualifications: Hands-on CMS or PIM experience (e.g. Magento, Shopify, Akeneo – highly regarded) A background in marketing, ecommerce, communications or digital content Strong writing and editing skills, with proven experience creating product copy, blog posts, and promotional content An eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Basic experience with image editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Canva, or similar) A data-informed mindset – you can identify high-value content opportunities and act on them Great people skills – you’re confident liaising with stakeholders and suppliers to get the info you need A self-starter attitude – you’re resourceful, flexible, and thrive in a fast-moving environment A passion for great digital experiences and a desire to create content that connects Why Join Us?
