With a strong pipeline of work and ongoing demand, they’re now seeking an experienced Business Services Accountant to join their Melbourne CBD team. What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering accounting and taxation services to a diverse client base of small and medium-sized businesses. Building client relationships and translating financial data into clear, actionable advice. Working closely with internal teams including bookkeepers, support staff, and Client Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery. Mentoring junior staff and supporting the continued development of a collaborative team culture. What You’ll Bring: A degree in Accounting and membership (or working towards) CAANZ, CPA, or IPA. Solid experience in public practice, ideally with exposure to companies, trusts, and small business clients. Confident knowledge of Australian tax legislation and accounting standards. Proficiency with cloud-based software (Xero, Xero Practice Manager preferred). Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-first mindset.
