About the Role: As the Financial Accountant, you’ll step into a newly created role designed to support the company’s continued expansion. You’ll be responsible for core financial accounting activities including month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, P&L and balance sheet reporting, and preparation for statutory compliance such as BAS, payroll tax, and external audits. You’ll also provide backup support for payroll and assist with HR administrative functions like onboarding and employment contracts. This is a hands-on role offering variety, autonomy, and scope for progression as the company grows and evolves. About You: You’re a proactive and capable accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in your attention to detail and enjoy taking ownership of key financial processes.
