Our client is seeking a driven and high-performing Senior Financial Accountant to join one of Australia’s most iconic brands. With direct exposure to the Senior Leadership Team, this role plays a key part in delivering commercial insights and driving performance across the business. As the Senior Financial Accountant, trusted finance partner to key stakeholders and contribute across a range of strategic and operational priorities, including: Acting as a key business partner across the organisation Delivering value-add analysis to support decision making Managing end-to-end month-end processes, including journal preparation and inventory reconciliations Preparing monthly management reports Supporting the annual budget process and contributing to the five-year strategic plan Identifying and implementing ongoing process improvements Conducting ad hoc analysis across product, facility, and supply chain functions Producing and distributing weekly and monthly business partnering reports Reconcile inventory across multiple retail locations, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records Analyse stock turnover and product performance to support merchandising and supply chain decisions The successful candidate will be CPA or CA qualified, with 5 years experience in a Retail environment. You will bring a collaborative, team-first mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders outside of finance.
