TEN Recruitment is working with a respected WA contractor to source a Maintenance Supervisor for the final stages of a significant remote camp project. Based on an 8/6 FIFO roster, you’ll lead the delivery of punch lists and defect rectification to ensure modules are handed over at occupancy-ready standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage defect rectification, punch lists, and final handover items Coordinate trades and subcontractors to meet practical completion deadlines Liaise with on-site operations teams to minimise disruption Approve completed works and maintain quality control standards Report progress and support streamlined delivery of future modules What You’ll Bring: Supervisory experience in maintenance, defects, or completion (camp or modular builds desirable) Strong organisational and subcontractor coordination skills Clear understanding of WHS and quality standards Ability to manage timelines, documentation, and communication on site Full Australian working rights What’s On Offer: $150K Super FIFO Allowance 8/6 FIFO roster to a well-supported WA site Join a builder with a strong project pipeline and reputation for delivery Long-term position overseeing final delivery on a high-value development Ready to step into a leadership role at the sharp end of project delivery?
